YMMS Registration – Required for Florida Conference Pathfinder Clubs
Ticket – Purchased @ Camporee.org
Tickets will be purchased through www.camporee.org – $225/person. AND all Pathfinders/Clubs will need to be registered in YMMS also. ONLY FL Clubs registered in YMMS will be assigned camping space – based on the number of people registered.

Florida Conference pins and t-shirts
This is the official T-shirt for FL Conference Clubs. We invite you and your Club to wear this shirt on Thursday of the camporee. We will have a special “Jersey” style shirt we encourage FL Conference Clubs to wear them on Wednesday!
The Union shirt will be on Friday after the parade.
- All FLC BTP Merch was pre-sold in YMMS – but that is now CLOSED.
- ALL Pre-purchased merch will be available for Pick Up in Gillette from the FLC Headquarters (HQ) – we will have a trailer at the Entrance to FLC Camping area.
- Pre-purchased items may be picked up starting – Tuesday, August 6, 10:00 am.
- FLC BTP Merch – in limited quantities (and in increased prices) – will be available ONSITE at the
FLC HQ – starting Tuesday, August 6, 1:00 pm.

Travel/Medical Insurance
ALL Clubs and ALL Persons traveling to Gillette for Believe the Promise Camporee, August 5-11, 2024, are REQUIRED to purchase travel/medical insurance through Adventist Risk Management. Click Here
Note: the cost is under $10/person AND there is a $20 fee each time you request insurance (we recommend you buy the insurance one time for ALL participants to avoid paying multiple $20 fees each time). A medical form for EACH Child attending must be on their person at all times.

Reminder: this insurance is SUPPLEMENTAL/SECONDARY – that means that if an accident or injury does happen – the individual’s insurance would still be PRIMARY. The insurance clubs are buying is SECONDARY – which means it helps with the medical bills AFTER the person’s insurance pays out all that they will.
This is REQUIRED by North American Division – please make sure you plan / budget for this. The insurance covers the days of the camporee (August 5-11, 2024) and up to seven days of direct travel to / from the camporee. It is a fairly robust policy.
